...Mas os Trabalhadores São Poucos / ... But the workers are few

A BÍBLIA REJEITA

35  E percorria Jesus todas as cidades e aldeias, ensinando nas sinagogas deles, e pregando o evangelho do reino, e curando todas as enfermidades e moléstias entre o povo.

36 E, vendo as multidões, teve grande compaixão delas, porque andavam cansadas e desgarradas, como ovelhas que não têm pastor.

37  Então, disse aos seus discípulos: A seara é realmente grande, mas poucos os ceifeiros.

38 Rogai, pois, ao Senhor da seara, que mande ceifeiros para a sua seara.

(Mateus 9:35-37)

Este texto é muito utilizado por pastores e lideranças para afirmar a ausência, falta de compromisso, falta de empenho e assiduidade do membros em se envolver na OBRA DA IGREJA, NA OBRA DA DENOMINAÇÃO.

No entanto, o texto é muito claro: Não se refere a falta de trabalhadores para exercer seus dons na Igreja Edifício, mas, para trabalhar na SEARA DE DEUS, lá fora, onde as multidões estão. Na verdade, sempre gostaram de manipular este texto a fim de intimidar membros, e principalmente obreiros consagrados na Igreja Edifício, a se enganjarem com afinco nos trabalhos de propagação e solidificação da mesma. 

A SEARA aqui é o que se comenta no versículos 35 e 36. Portanto, não para trabalhar para a Instituição Religiosa nas suas diversas PROGRAMAÇÕES DE CONFINAMENTO. A seara trata de pessoas aflitas, exaustas, como OVELHAS QUE NÃO TEM PASTOR.  Se a cobrança utilizando o texto fosse para a Instituição desenvolver AÇÕES PARA AS PESSOAS NECESSITADAS, onde a Igreja Edifíco estivesse patrocinando e arcando com todas as despesas suficientes para obter êxitos nas ações, então, ELA ESTARIA CUMPRINDO O QUE PEDE NO TEXTO. Mas infelizmente, no geral, não isto que acontece: A Instituições já se acostumaram a viver TRAVADAS, OBESAS, PARALÍTICAS, DESNUTRIDAS, INEFICIENTES, INOPERANTES E ENSIMESMADA PRESAS EM SUAS CONCEPÇÕES DENOMINACIONAL, sem fazere nada por aqueles que SOFREM E CLAMAM POR SOCORRO LÁ FORA.

THE DISCLAIMS BIBLE

35 And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

This text is often used by pastors and leaders to affirm the absence, lack of commitment, lack of commitment and attendance of members to get involved in the CHURCH OF THE WORK IN THE WORK NAME.

However, the text is very clear: It does not refer to a lack of workers to exercise their gifts in the church building, but to work in God's Seara, out there where the crowds are. Porque Digno é o Trabalhador do Seu Salário/Because Worthy is the worker of his salary

...porque digno é o trabalhador de seu alimento. (Mateus 10.10)

Muitos pastores, principalmente os das Denominações Pentecostais e Neo-Pentecostais, usam a parte final deste versículo, de forma isolada, querendo justificar a obrigação de a Instituição sustentar o seu alto salário, garantindo a sua boa vida e seu alto padrão de vida. 

Quando estes líderes lançam apenas esta parte final do versículo nas reuniões de obreiros ou no púlpito da Igreja, dar a impressão de que eles estão amparados pela Bíblia.  O público presente, que geralmente não se preocupa em verificar se é realmente isto que a bíblia “diz”, concordam e apóiam a farsa inconscientemente, dando “glórias a Deus e aleluias”.

Como ninguém contesta, é molezinha para estes pastores continuar nas suas lambanças “Minhaêutica” e não Hermenêutica Bíblica.

Vejamos agora o quê realmente o texto bíblico estar expondo:

·        Este assunto estar registrado em Mateus 10.1-3, Lucas 10.1-9 e 1º Co 9.14. Tanto Mateus como Lucas, Jesus separa e envia os 12 e os 70 discípulos em missão, antes, passando-lhes algumas instruções;

·        Para obtermos uma melhor compreensão, vamos analisar o fato aqui abordado em Mateus e Lucas:

- Jesus pede aos discípulos para não se preocuparem com recursos ou utensílios para armazenar provisões, e para não se deter com vestuários complexos. E após citar estas coisas, Jesus completa: “... porque digno é o trabalhador do seu alimento.”

- O alimento aqui estar relacionado com o trabalho; a OBRA MISSIONÁRIA.  O sustento aqui, que poderia ser alimento como ou oferta em dinheiro, não era para os discípulos serem ricos, acumulando bens materiais com o uso das doações dos santos – crentes - dos irmãos na fé, mas, para a sua sobrevivência dia após dia; sem uma vida de luxo e ostentação.

- A maior riqueza para os discípulos era poder estar correspondendo o chamado de Cristo, independentemente se haveria provisão ou não para eles.

·        No texto em Lucas 9.7, no final deste versículo, encontramos: “... porque digno é o trabalhador do seu salário. Se referindo a salário, enquanto em Mateus cita alimento (Bíblia Revista e Atualizada). Entretanto, no mesmo versículo, antes Jesus estar se referindo a provisão que eles poderiam receber nas casas que os receberiam: “... comendo e bebendo do que eles tiverem...”   

·        No texto de 1º Co 9.1-14, relata o exemplo de Paulo com relação ao exercício do seu ministério, que poderiam estar tirando proveito financeiro da mesma forma que os sacerdotes do templo faziam, mas preferi não ser pesado e causar gastos para os irmãos, preferindo viver com o suficiente para a sua sobrevivência. Os apóstolos não abusaram da disponibilidade em ofertar dos crentes (vv. 12-14).

·        O versículo 14 diz: “Assim ordenou também o Senhor aos que pregam o evangelho, que vivam do evangelho.” Notemos que o versículo e nem todo o texto endossa que o obreiro deve ser assalariado para viver no luxo e na riqueza. O apóstolo Paulo faz uma lembrança do que Jesus falou em  Mateus 10.1-3 e Lucas 10.1-9. De forma que o que estar escrito em 1º Coríntios 9.14 é o mesmo assunto: Viver do evangelho não é se enriquecer do evangelho. Viver do evangelho é viver uma vida sem apegos a bens materiais e gastos com ostentação.

CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS:

            Não somos contra a remuneração para os pastores ou obreiros que apascentam as ovelhas do Senhor Jesus ou que estejam em campo missionário proclamando o Evangelho do Reino para as pessoas necessitadas. Somos contra como tem sido empregado os recursos oriundos das doações financeiras dos fieis, para sustentar uma vida de alto padrão financeiro dos pastores e dos seus familiares, à custa da Igreja.

            Em muitas Denominações, há pastores presidentes que estão se tornando a cada dia mais rico, com uma vida de ostentação e muita regalia, enquanto o fieis vão perdendo seus bens para a “Igreja”, se tornando cada vez mais pobre. A cada mês, as ovelhas estão sendo tosquiadas e perdendo as suas gorduras para que estes pastores devoradores possam:

- Adquirir imóveis em seu nome, como casas, loja comercial, sítio...

- Comprar carro de última geração;

- Usar ternos, calçados, vestuários e jóias de linha top;

- Efetuar manutenção dos seus bens, como veículo e conservação dos seus imóveis, são feitos com recursos e funcionários da Igreja;

- Gastar recursos com passagens aéreas, uso de táxi e carros de aluguel, passeio em trans-atlântico, hospedagens nos melhore hotéis praianos e nos grandes centros das cidades em passeio ou a “serviço”, compras nos shoping, pagamentos de faturas/boletos de gastos pessoais, entre tantos outros gastos.

- The food here be related to the work; the MISSIONARY WORK. Keep here, it might be food as or cash offer, it was not for the disciples being rich, accumulating material goods with the use of the donations of the saints - believers - of fellow believers, but for survival day after day; without a life of luxury and ostentation.

- The greatest wealth for the disciples was able to be responding the call of Christ, regardless of whether or not there would be provision for them.

• In the text in Luke 9.7 at the end of this verse, we find: "... for the laborer is worthy of his hire. Referring to salary while in Matthew cites food (Revised and Updated Bible). However, in the same verse before Jesus be referring to a provision that they could receive in the homes that receive them: "... eating and drinking such things as they ..."

• In the text of 1 Cor 9.1-14, reports the example of Paul in the exercise of their ministry, they could be taking financial advantage just as the priests of the temple were, but preferred not to be heavy and cause expenses for the brothers , preferring to live with enough for their survival. The apostles not abused availability in offering believers (vv. 12-14).

• Verse 14 says. "So the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live of the gospel" Notice that the verse and not all the text endorse the worker must be paid for living in luxury and wealth. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS:

We are not against the remuneration for shepherds or workers who feed the sheep of Jesus or are in the mission field proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom to people in need. We are against it has been used the funds from the financial donations of the faithful, to sustain a high standard financial life of shepherds and their families at the expense of the Church.

In many denominations, there are presidents pastors who are becoming richer every day, with a life of ostentation and much regalia, while the faithful are losing their assets to the "Church" becoming poorer. Each month, the sheep are being sheared and losing their fats to these ravenous pastors can:

- Acquiring real estate in your name, such as houses, commercial shop, site ...

- Buy-end car;

- Wear suits, footwear, apparel and top online jewelry;

- Carry out maintenance of their property, as a means of maintaining office buildings, are made with resources and church employees;

- Spend resources with airfare, taxi use and rental cars, ride on trans-Atlantic, lodging improve the praianos hotels and major city centers outing or "service", shopping in shoping, invoices, payments / slips personal expenses, among many other expenses.

QUAL A FUNÇÃO DA IGREJA COMO INSTITUIÇÃO?

"Durante muitos anos da minha vida, imaginei que trabalhava somente em prol do Reino de Deus, mas estava dando a maior da minha vida para a Instituição, a Denominação, a Convenção..."

"Há muita omissão por parte destas instituições, que em toda sua programação mensal ou anual, não registra nenhuma atividade relacionada com o pobre. 

É só observar o jornal ou informativo da sua Denominação: Só tem exaltação do homem, luxo, inauguração de igrejas (em franco crescimento), homenagens às lideranças, exposição de patrimônios adquiridos, entre tantas outras coisas que NADA TEM A VER COM O REINO DE DEUS. 

Trabalhos sociais que envolva uma pessoa aflita e necessitada não chega nem a 3%. Acredito, e tudo indica, QUE PRECISA-SE URGENTEMENTE DE UMA REFORMA DENTRO DA REFORMA!"

"Não adianta colocar culpa das questões sociais no Poder Público. A Igreja quanto instituição ao longo do século, tem sido abastarda e tem condições de fazer alguma coisa para amenizar o sofrimento das pessoas injustiçadas e que vivem em situações precárias com falta de pão na mesa." Muitos trabalhos de CONFINAMENTO de cristãos NO TEMPLO, são criados dia a dia por lideres preguiçosos, acomodados e anti-IDE DE JESUS; não se preocupando com quem sofre lá fora!

REFORMA DENTRO DA REFORMA JÁ!/REFORM IN THE REFORM NOW !

"Os Bens da Vida estão sendo sonegados no nosso país para 16 milhões de pessoas (segundo IBGE), que sobrevivem em extrema pobreza. Diante deste fato, nós protestantes (os que participaram da Reforma), pouco ou quase nada contribuimos para diminuir estas estatísticas que muita das vezes inclui o nosso Bairro ou o nosso Município."

Até porque, o últimos dados indicam um grande percentual de evangélicos em forte crescimentos em cada município do Rio de Janeiro e do Brasil. No entando, não vivemos esta Palavra em Romanos 14.7, porque fomos ensinados a vivermos para nós mesmo; cuidar apenas dos nossos, enquanto os miseráveis, os pobres e necessitados que se cuidem por si só. Sempre falamos:
- Não tenho nada com isso!

As Denominações Evangélicas Históricas e Modernas pouco se importam com esta situação, inclusive dos seus próprios membros que passar por algum tipo de necessidade além do espiritual.
Estas denominções não dão exemplos práticos de AMOR AO PRÓXIMO. Não exercem a caridade - o amor verdadeiro, a filantropia, a misericórdia, a generosidade, e a compaixão. Passam anos, décadas e até século, sem apresentar nenhum Projeto que atenda o clamor dos aflitos, do pobre.

No entanto, usam a arrecadação financeira oriundas dos dízimos, ofertas e campanhas dos seus fieis, para gastar na Folha de Pagamento, comprar imóveis, aumentar patrimônio, adornar, construir e reformar templos; expondo luxo e ostentação como se vivessem em outro país; um país sem injustiçados pelo próprio homem.

Enfim, FOI PARA ISTO QUE JESUS VEIO (Lc 4.18).
REFORMA DENTRO DA REFORMA JÀ!!!

O CRISTÃO E SUA DIFICULDADE EM AJUDAR PROJETOS SOCIAIS/THE CHRISTIAN AND HIS DIFFICULTY IN SOCIAL PROJECTS HELP

"SANTA CEIA": NOS ENSINARAM ERRADO/NOT HOLY SUPPER, BUT LORD'S SUPPER

NÃO É SANTA CEIA, MAS CEIA DO SENHOR

A começar pelo nome, tudo estar errado. O correto é Ceia do Senhor e não Santa Ceia. Criaram o termo "santa" com a pretensão de mistificar o encontro ou cerimonial, a fim de prender o povo dentro de uma visão mística e cheia de temor, ou seja, algo punitivo para quem não comparece a esta reunião; tanto por parte de suas lideranças como o "pesar da mão de Deus" sobre os faltosos. Tanto é que houve uma época (e deve ainda existir esta prática em algum lugar) que quem servisse a "Santa Ceia" e o membro não pegasse o pão (negasse participar) deveria anotar o nome do mesmo porque estava em "pecado", para convocá-lo ao "gabinete pastoral" a fim de saber o motivo e providenciar acompanhamento, suspensão, ou disciplina.  Havia também uma pessoa escalada pelo pastor local, para observar quem não participava do chamado "cerimonial", como um fiscalizador e apontador dos membros que recusava o "pão ou o vinho".

SERVE COMO REUNIÃO PARA RECEBER CELEBRIDADE OU IMPLANTAR ALGUM TIPO DE CAMPANHA

Atualmente este cerimonial serve mais para interesse da Instituição: Como um encontro de lideranças, onde há uma maior concentração de público na Instituição, sendo excelente para convidar políticos, e outras celebridades, implantar algum tipo de campanha de arrecadação financeira ou de campanha política (há visita de muitos candidatos às eleições políticas como vereadores, prefeitos, deputados estaduais e federais, senadores e presidentes da República; onde sempre tem um lugar de destaque para eles na tribuna ao lado do pastor local) sempre com algum interesse; extraindo do público presente.  Nenhuma outra reunião, a não ser nas festividades, seminários e conferências, se consegue juntar tanta gente como no dia da chamada "Santa Ceia". Assim, este encontro foi criado pelas lideranças da Instituição Religiosa, a maioria pastores, para almejar seus próprios interesses e os interesses da "sua" instituição.

O versículo: "Eis a razão por que há entre vós muitos fracos e doentes, e não poucos que dormem." (1° Co 11.30) é muito usado pelas lideranças na reunião para pressionar, coagir e amedrontar a membresia se resolverem faltar à SANTA CEIA.

JESUS REJEITA MAIS UM CERIMONIAL NO MEIO DE TANTOS!

Jesus estar pouco preocupado com mais um cerimonial que tem a pretensão de criar pavor, medo e juntar o povo em mais uma atividade interna da Igreja.

No momento de servir o "pão" há sempre uma pergunta por parte do dirigente da reunião: "Há alguém que quer pedir perdão ao Senhor para poder participar da Santa Ceia?" E quando alguns levantam as mãos, vem a seguinte entoação: "Estão perdoados em nome de Jesus!". Que tolice! Nenhum homem tem este poder ou autoridade para PERDOAR PECADOS de ninguém! A pessoa recebe isto diretamente do Senhor Jesus, sendo algo particular entre ambos.  Cada pessoa, no seu particular e no seu pedido de perdão a Deus e não ao pastor ou à Igreja nunca deveria ser importunada ou incomodada por esta pergunta diante de todos presentes. A questão, se é que tenha, é dela com Deus. Ofensas ocorridas com alguma pessoa, ai sim, a pessoa deve procurar o ofendido e pedir perdão ao mesmo, se reconciliando com o ele e com Deus. Nada mais além disto, por que isto é Bíblico, o resto é invencionismo do homem dominador.

Jesus nunca teve a intenção de criar cerimonial interno; onde todos ficassem juntos, comendo e bebendo, cuidando de si mesmo, sem propagar o Evangelho lá fora para os que perecem sem salvação espiritual, física e material. Jesus veio demonstrar através de uma reunião como seus discípulos deveriam prosseguir com o Seu ministério diante do POBRE E NECESSITADO:

 "O Espírito do Senhor está sobre mim, pelo que me ungiu para EVANGELIZAR AOS POBRES..." (Lucas 4.18)   - o maiúsculo fui eu que evidenciei.

 Nenhuma atividade que prende o povo de Deus em quatro paredes, dentro dos templos/Igrejas agrada ao Senhor Jesus, porque PREJUDICA O MINISTÉRIO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO. Assim como Jesus exerceu Seu Ministério em PEREGRINAÇÃO, o Espírito Santo também exerce Seu Ministério em peregrinação. Mas, para isto acontecer, os discípulos do Senhor Jesus e todas as instituições cristãs, devem estar também em peregrinação e não amontoados em recintos fechados buscando coisas para si. E a reunião da "SANTA CEIA" é uma destas.

 AGORA, O QUE REALMENTE JESUS PEDIU?  

 ...tomou o pão, e tendo dado graças, o partiu e disse: Isto é o meu corpo, que é dado por vós; fazei isto em memória de mim. (1° Co 11.23-24)

Pão = Corpo de Cristo

Objetivo: Dado por vós (por todos e não apenas a um grupo seleto).

Missão dos discípulos de Cristo: Fazer isto (repartir o corpo de Cristo) em memória dEle.

ESCLARECENDO: Os discípulos, na sua peregrinação para propagar e anunciar o Evangelho, ao expor a transformação de suas vidas pela ação do Espírito Santo a todos que se relacionarem com eles, os mesmos deveriam REPARTIR O PÃO - O CORPO DE CRISTO - com todos.

Este REPARTIR O PÃO (O CORPO) não significa se reunir para CRIAR MAIS UM CERIMONIAL para seus discípulos, até porque, já havia muitas cerimônias entre os religiosos naquela época. Todos viviam acomodados, parados e obstinados por COISAS DENTRO DO TEMPLO, presos em um monte de leis, rituais, dogmas e tantas outras coisas. Jesus veio mudar isto. Ele veio para quebrar esta rotina através do VERDADEIRO EVANGELHO. Então, chega de propagar um FALSO EVANGELHO!

EXERCENDO O MINISTÉRIO, O CORPO DE CRISTO É REPARTIDO
