O VÉU DO TEMPLO EM JERUSALÉM    

O véu tinha 10 centímetro de espessura (4 polegadas).  Era tecido com 72 dobras torcidas, e cada dobra era feita com 22 fios.

    O véu media 18 metros de altura por 09 metros de largura, e somente uma junta de bois podia rasgá-lo.

"Eis que o véu do santuário se rasgou em duas partes, de alto a baixo: tremeu a terra, fenderam-se as rochas..."       (Mateus 27.51)

SENHOR, TENHA MISERICÓRDIA DE NÓS POR NÃO ANDARMOS EM SEUS PASSOS!

   Que peçamos perdão a Deus pela nossa vida mediocre, egoísta e mesquinha de querermos usufluir de tudo, de querermos possuir tudo e acumular tantas coisas:

- Por querermos usar a melhor roupa de marca e o melhor calçado, enquando há tantos despidos ou cobertos com alguns trapos;

- Por andarmos adornardos de joias e com dinheiro no bolso, enquanto há tanta miséria em nossa volta;

- Por darmos e buscarmos o melhor apenas para os "nossos" enquanto ignoramos a causa do estranho e do oprimido;

- Por não termos a consciência de compartilhar o que temos com aquele que padece sem páo, água e sem sustentabilidade;

   Que Deus tenha misericórdia de nós, e nos dê outra chance de agradarmos o seu coração, para que possamos fazer o que Jesus fez, ensinou e pediu que fizéssemos o mesmo, ou "coisas ainda maiores". Que a cada instante sejamos constrangido pele ato de Jesus de deixar a Sua Glória, se tornando um de nós, e dar tudo por nós, principalmente a sua própria vida.

LORD, HAVE NO MERCY FOR walk in your steps!

   We ask God's forgiveness for our mediocre life, selfish and mean we want usufluir all, we want to own everything and accumulate so many things:

- Because we want to use the best brand clothes and the best shoes, enquando so many naked or covered with some rags;

- Why walk adornardos jewelry and money in your pocket, while there is so much misery around us;

- Why give and seek only the best for "our" while ignoring the cause of the stranger and the oppressed;

- Why not have the awareness to share what we have with one who suffers without bread, water and unsustainable;

   May God have mercy on us, and give us another chance to pleasing your heart, so we can do what Jesus did and taught and asked us to do the same, or "even greater things". That every moment we are embarrassed skin act of Jesus to leave His glory, becoming one of us, and give everything for us, especially his own life.
