RELIGIOSA NÃO É FAZER A OBRA DE DEUS. 
A OBRA DE DEUS SÓ É FEITA QUANDO SOMOS IGREJAS VIVAS 
LÁ AONDE OS PERDIDOS E NECESSITADOS ESTÃO

Dei muitos anos da minha vida para uma Denominação Evangélica achando que tudo o que fazia estava realizando para a OBRA DE DEUS, e me enganei.  Levando comigo a minha família (esposa e dois filhos) para SERVIR a INSTITUIÇÃO, demos a nossa vida: Nossos trabalhos (talentos), nossos recursos, nossos bens e nosso tempo.

Quando fizemos algo para Deus (e foi muito pouco dentro dos 27 anos) foi quando aatendemos o clamor dos aflitos: Preoclamando o Evangelho de Cristo e ajudando-os dentro das suas necessidade e das nossas possibilidades; espirituais e físicas.

Hoje compreendemos que fazer a obra de Deus não é estar assiduamente nas programações que a Denominação inventa a cada semana (enfurnando seus membros no templo edifício), mas quando somos útil em ajudar o próximo; quando nos relacionamos com vidas e não com coisas ou objetos que tanto a Denominação pede.

A lavagem celebral que as lideranças fazem em nós, reproduzimos nos nossos liderados ou naquele que vemos um "espírito de liderança"; tudo para PROPAGAR O NOME DA DENOMINAÇÃO E NÃO O NOME DE JESUS CRISTO, que no meio dos interesses de pastores principais, quase  ou não tem vez.

Neste "Vendaval Denominacional", o Templo Edifício, os líderes e seus abusos doutrinários com os seus usos e costumes, valém muito mais do que o próprio Senhor Jesus Cristo.

The ONLY GOD'S WORK IS DONE WHEN CHURCHES ARE ALIVE
THERE WHERE THE LOST AND ARE NEEDED

I gave many years of my life to an evangelical denomination thinking that everything he did was performing for the WORK OF GOD, and I was wrong. Taking with me my family (wife and two children) to SERVE INSTITUTION, we gave our lives: Our work (talents), our resources, our assets and our time.

When we did something for God (and it was very little in the 27 years) was aatendemos when the cry of the afflicted: Preoclamando the Gospel of Christ and helping them in their need and our possibilities; spiritual and physical.

Today we understand that doing the work of God is not to be assiduous in programs that denomination coins every week (retreats into its members in building the temple), but when we are useful in helping others; when we relate to life and not with things or objects that both the name asks.

PASTORES ALÉM DOS SEUS LIMITES

• Muitos pastores evangélicos de Igrejas Filiais ou Congregações estão trabalhando para a sua Denominação, e não para o Evangelho de Cristo, ALÉM DOS LIMITES, além aonde suas forças pode suportar.

• Pressionados por seu pastor principal para obter ótimos resultados a frente da Igreja como aumentar números de membros, entradas de recursos e cooperação para a Igreja Sede ou Igreja Mãe, são acometidos por traumas e desgastes psicoemocionais, caminhando para uma vida depressiva, estressante, cheio de enfermidades e doenças, onde são abandonados à própria sorte para se tratarem na rede de Saúde Pública (enquanto o seu pastor principal tem plano de saúde e odontológico pago pela Sede para o mesmo e toda a sua família).

• Esta permanência a frente destas Congregações ocorre por escolha própria dos pastores, por manter um padrão de ostentação e destaque (porque quando você deixar de pastorear uma das filiais, as pessoas passam a nos tratar de outra maneira e deixam de nos dar atenção como antes), devido à pressões do pastor principal ou por medo de largar o serviço e ser taxado como covarde pelo seu pastor principal e outros bajuladores. 

• Em certa Denominação, o Dirigente de Congregação, além de pastorear a Igreja que estar sob a sua responsabilidade, ELE TAMBÉM PASTOREIA "UM PEDAÇO" DA SEDE OU IGREJA MÃE, porque tudo que acontece na Sede em termos de Campanhas de Arrecadação de Dinheiro, de reformas e construção, carnês de arrecadação de dinheiro, cooperação de mantimentos para refeições em vários eventos, despesas com conferencistas e cantores com sucesso na mídia e um monte de outras coisas. A CONGREGAÇÃO É OBRIGADA A DAR SUA PARCELA DE CONTRIBUIÇÃO TANTO COM A PRESENÇA DOS MEMBROS COMO TAMBÉM COM GASTOS DO SEU POUCO RECURSO (no final vou apresentar quanto geralmente fica de recurso para a Congregação).

• Interessante que TUDO QUE OCORRE NA CONGREGAÇÃO COM RELAÇÃO ÀS SUAS NECESSIDADES E EVENTOS, NADA É SOLICITADA À IGREJA MÂE. Cansei de ouvir: QUEM TEM QUE AJUDAR A MÃE É OS FILHOS E NÃO A MÃE AJUDAR OS FILHOS. Ou seja, a Igreja Sede não tem obrigação de ajudar as suas filiais ou congregações.

• COM RELAÇÃO AO "SALÁRIO", que é conhecido como AJUDA DO OBREIRO, em muitas congregações ou filiais são um vergonha: Dar muito mal para cobrir as despesas do pastor e sua família como o transporte. Muitos dos pastores tem um emprego para se manter com a sua família e geralmente a noite e no final de semana dedica-se exercendo seus talentos na Igreja. Em alguns casos, o pastor da filial tira dinheiro do "seu bolso" para cobrir despesas da Denominação, como também, PREFERE NÃO RECEBER ESTA AJUDA DE OBREIRO DEIXANDO TUDO PARA A CONGREGAÇÃO, como fiz por muitos anos e hoje me arrependo de haver feito isto, porque a Instituição funciona COMO UMA EMPRESA pagando a um monte de funcionários e empresas que prestam serviços e esbanjam dinheiro dos dízimos e ofertas com um monte de coisas, MAS NÃO QUEREM PAGAR BEM AOS SEUS PASTORES DAS IGREJAS FILIAIS.

• A pressão é tanta que o Dirigente as vezes quase dar "um pino", quase pira: Porque a filial que pastoreia não tem condições de ajudar em nada, mas A SEDE É QUE DEVERIA ENVIAR AJUDA FINANCEIRA PARA A MESMA E NÃO SUGAR O POUCO QUE ELA TEM;

• Em geral a arrecadação financeira é distribuída assim (do bruto arrecadado):

SITUAÇÃO 1    

 - O Dirigente da Congregação tem um salário fixo de acordo com o número de membros ou ganho de 20% do bruto (quem pastoreia uma Igreja pequena não chega nem a R$ 500,00 por mês);

- 40% do bruto ficam para a Congregação (que geralmente a Sede suga tudo);

- 40% do bruto vão para a Igreja Mãe ou Sede.

SITUAÇÃO 2

- Dirigente da Congregação ganha em média R$ 500,00 (iguais para todos os pastores das filiais);

- 10% ou 20% do bruto ficam para pagar despesas da Congregação (que não dar para pagar nada);

- 90% ou 80% vão para a Igreja Mãe ou Sede.

BEYOND LIMITS
